boxpointer: Queue relayout after updating arrow side

We currently queue a repaint after setting a new arrow side, but
that seems insufficient - moving the arrow from top/bottom to the
left/right for example may very well affect the layout, plus the
arrow may need flipping due to size constraints (which happens
on allocation).
